Hi, I’m Rob your Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach at Homebody Fit! With a decade of experience as an ACE-certified personal trainer, I bring both expertise and a passion for continuous learning to every session. My approach combines strength-focused training with an intense cardio finish, paired with a holistic, clean nutrition strategy. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients—from elementary school children to seniors in chair aerobics, as well as Division I & III athletes, former athletes, and first-time fitness enthusiasts.
Having recently owned a gym specializing in group fitness and nutrition counseling, I’ve witnessed transformative success stories, including clients shedding multiple sizes and inches and achieving significant milestones like pull-ups and personal bests. My training style is centered on making workouts engaging and enjoyable while encouraging healthy habits and functional fitness. I aim to keep every session fun and motivating, ensuring you remain focused and excited about your fitness journey

Customized workout sessions 4 times a week, designed to meet individual fitness goals. Coaching is done through our app where we meet bi-weekly to track progress, assign workouts(with demos), encourage healthy habits and build in daily reminders.
